Please let me start by telling you how impressed I am with your entire process. From the initial information exchange with you and Gary, to the information we exchanged as the order was in process, to tracking the shipment, to the quality of the final product has been first class.
Doing business today has changed dramatically. We rely on our word, maybe more today than ever. We communicate across the world via email, never meet our business partners and at times expectations are not met.
In the case of you and MotorCowboy, I give you the highest marks. The boots are of fantastic quality. I am very impressed.
